EU SHIPMENTS
All our stocked products are shipped the next work day, and will arrive within 8 work days from the date of order.
Before shipment you will receive your tracking code to follow your parcel. Tracking codes are available in FR/NL/ENG. It can happen that the tracking code will be listed in your email spam folder, please check.
Specially ordered items will be shipped after reception from the manufacturer. More info on the product page.

NON-EU SHIPMENTS
IMPORTANT For all non-EU shipments our local sales tax (Value Added Tax) can be discounted in the cart section of the website. Use VAT as a discount code and 17,35% will be deducted from each item's price. (more info under FAQ). If you order at normal prices we'll refund you.
Every shipment outside the EU will be shipped with a CN23 customs declaration.

EXCHANGES
Any goods that show defects on arrival or clothing that does not fit perfectly can be easily replaced.

REFUNDS
Refunds are applicable on goods only. Custom made products or products made with initials can't be returned - all these sales are binding.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
All refunds will take place within 3 days after reception and inspection of the goods.
We only make refunds on goods that we receive back complete and in new condition with all labels attached.
